Who We Want to Work With:
Education: ๐ Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: โณ 3-7 years in fluid system design, thermal-hydraulic analysis, or nuclear plant operations (entry-level positions may require internships or co-op experience).
Certifications (Preferred): ๐ PE (Professional Engineer) license, ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) certification, or equivalent industry credentials.
Expertise: ๐ In fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer principles.
Proficiency: ๐ป In hydraulic modeling and simulation software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, STAR CCM+, Flowmaster).
Knowledge: ๐ Of nuclear reactor coolant systems, heat exchangers, and steam turbines.
Familiarity: ๐ With ASME BPVC, NRC regulatory requirements, and ANSI standards for nuclear fluid systems.
Experience: ๐ With computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA) is a plus.
Strengths: ๐ง Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Skills: ๐ค Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with engineers, operators, and regulatory agencies.
Attention to Detail: ๐ง A commitment to nuclear safety and compliance.
Ability: โฒ๏ธ To work under pressure and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
Preferred:
๐ PhD degree.
๐ IPO experience.
๐ฎ๐น Written and oral fluency in Italian.
๐ค Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
